Software Engineer
Research, design, develop, test and deploy communications related applications and hardware. Apply engineering principles; utilize field’s concepts, practices and procedures; rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; perform complex tasks; report directly to a project manager; use SIP, RTP, UDP and other Internet protocols; use Embedded Visual C++, Linux, and other programming languages.
Requirements
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in related field of study plus 3 years relevant experience.
OR
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) plus at least 5 years of progressive experience in the specialty.
OR
Equally suitable combination of education, training and/or experience qualifying applicant to perform job duties.
This position is located in Traverse City, Michignan. Salary is commensurate with qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, paid vacation, personal time, and more.
