Appia Communications Welcomes Servers and Applications Manager

ST. LOUIS, (MO) — May 15, 2007 — Appia Communications, a leading provider of managed IT and telecommunications services to small and midsized companies and organizations, announced the hiring of Brian Thompson as Manager, Servers and Applications. Brian will join the staff at Appia’s St. Louis Network Operations Center, where he’ll provide support for application servers, applications running on the servers, as well as PCs connected to Appia customers’ networks.

Brian spent the past nine years implementing and supporting critical enterprise systems for the manufacturing and healthcare industries. Most recently, he served as Level 3 Support and Technical Project Manager for IBM’s internal hardware architect group and for several IBM customers.

Brian and his wife Jessica have three children: Troy, 11; Dominic, 7, and Logan, 6.
