Appia Communications Names VP of Sales

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana — May 16, 2007 — Appia Communications, a leading provider of managed IT and telecommunications services to small and mid–sized companies and organizations, announced the promotion of Jason Ulm to Vice President of Sales.

Jason joined Appia in early 2003 as Regional Manager of Indiana and has been instrumental in developing a substantial client base in the Indianapolis, Ft. Wayne and Chicago markets. Prior to joining Appia’s sales team, Jason worked for a telecom services reseller, where he was a key member of a Cisco VAR team.

As Vice President of Sales, Jason will be continue to be based in Appia’s Indianapolis office, where he’ll be responsible for sales growth and revenue objectives throughout the United States and North America, as well as in other international markets.
