Meet Sandy Kossek
We are delighted to introduce you to Sandy Kossek, who recently joined Appia as the head of Account Management.
Sandy previously worked at IBM and has spent the last 20 years working with clients in the Midwest. Prior to that, he worked in IBM Finance.
Sandy serves as your primary contact for change orders. He will also check in with you from time to time to make sure you’re happy with Appia’s services and have everything you need to make the most of them.

TecHint: Faster Ways to Leave a Voicemail
Transfer to voicemail: To transfer a call straight to a voicemail box, press the * key before dialing the extension:
- During a call, press the Trnsfer soft key. This puts the call on hold.
- Dial * and then the extension of the transfer, e.g., *123.
- Press Trnsfer again to complete the transfer to voicemail.
Skip the greeting: To skip a recorded voicemail greeting and go straight to leaving a message, press # when you hear the greeting.
