Voice Recording for Auto Attendants
Several of you have asked whether we have a cost-effective source for voice recordings for your automated attendants.
We now have such a source. You can hear the female voice if you call our main number (877-277-4297) and you can hear the male voice by calling 770-683-5516.
The price is $150 for up to 8 recordings and $15 for each additional recording. To order, contact Bessie Massoni at 877-277-4297 or email her at bessie@appiaservices.com.
Free File Storage and Sharing
If you work on the same files but from different computers, you can always use a thumb drive. But if you’d rather not, we’ve been using a free service that works well. It’s called Dropbox and it’s at www.getdropbox.com.
Once you have downloaded the software, Dropbox provides a folder for you to save files. The folder is stored on Dropbox’s server so you can access it from any computer with Dropbox installed.
The first 2 GB of storage (which ought to be enough for most users) are free.
