Invoices in English!
Every industry has its own jargon. It’s good to take a step back every so often and make sure you’re still STSL (speaking the same language). In this spirit and with your input, we’re trying to make our invoices easier to read. For example:
“Termination Charges (Usage)” will now read “Outbound Minutes of Use” and refer to charges for the calls you place;
“Inbound Dedicated Line” will now read “Inbound Minutes of Use” and refer to charges for inbound calls – mainly inbound toll-free calls.
Here’s to a little less jargon in your day. Thanks for the feedback, and keep it coming.
