Have a PBX or key system you’re not ready to replace?
Our Legacy business VoIP solution connects to your existing PBX so you can keep your existing PBX equipment, including stations and consoles, and use such applications as voicemail, automatic call distributor, and conferencing.
Legacy uses your existing PBX for call control and voicemail.
Legacy:
- Reduces telephone circuit and Internet costs by using one connection for both
- Reduces calling charges with free calling between locations and Appia’s low domestic and international rates
You can also use Legacy to phase in a complete VoIP deployment. If you have more than one location, you can implement our IP-CTX solution at one or more sites, but keep your legacy PBXs at other locations for now. This phased approach minimizes your investment and allows you to implement IP communications at the pace you choose.
Because Appia designs solution specific to customer needs, services can also be provided when customers have existing contractual agreements with their local telephone network. Appia is happy to customize services to work with a customer’s contracts, time frames, and budget.
