AVC is simple to use. The AVC Encoder and AVC Decoder both include a management interface to:

• Set up, edit, and delete conference rooms
• Open and close conferences and manage conference participation
• See statistical information about your conference

Whether you want to hold a video conference or a broadcast, all it takes is a few clicks of a mouse.

While your video conference or broadcast is in process, the audio and video content is encoded, sent over an Internet Protocol network, and then decoded by the receiving site. AVC uses sophisticated software that minimizes the bandwidth required, while still producing life-like images on your display.

AVC is automatic and requires no reservation. Open a conference room whenever you wish and the AVC Conference Server takes over.
