Our SIP trunking bundles combine the most popular services for customers who use SIP trunking for their in-house PBX systems. Bundles make it easy for partners and customers to order the services that meet their needs best. Use either your own Internet connection** or a QoS-enabled connection from Appia.
Customers with IP-PBXs connect their phone systems directly. Customers with traditional phone systems use a gateway device.

The following conditions apply to all bundles:
- Outbound minutes include local outbound and long distance to US 48 and Canada except Yukon and Northwest Territories.
- All orders include 30 minutes of pre-cutover testing by appointment. Missed appointment charge is $75 for the first rescheduled
appointment and $150 for each additional rescheduled appointment. The charge does not apply if appointment is rescheduled at
least 24 hours in advance.
- SIP Bundles can be used to serve multiple locations, but they only include a single directory listing, 911, and CNAM instance.
If additional 911, directory listings, or CNAM entries are needed, the customer must purchase the appropriate add-on.
- Customer may order up to the DIDs shown in the tables above. Additional charges apply if customer orders fewer and wishes to add
numbers after initial installation.
- T.38 fax capability may be available for an additional charge based on location. T.38 is not included in bundle pricing.
- CNAM, 911, and E911 are available for more than one location or more than one number for a fee. If customer requires additional 911
locations (such as a different floor or area at one address) they must purchase additional 911 services.
- Toll-free usage is billed at the normal Appia toll-free rates.
- For normal retail business use; not for call centers, wholesale or auto dial operations. Appia reserves the right to modify the
customer’s service.
- Inbound usage is included in the bundle and is subject to the normal business use condition.
